We collect minimal telemetry and usage data to improve the accuracy and performance of our memory extraction algorithms. We never sell your data to third parties.

2. Encryption

All extracted memory data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM before it ever touches our persistent storage layer. Keys are managed through a secure KMS.

3. Multi-tenancy

Your data is logically isolated at the database level. Each customer's memories are partitioned and secured, ensuring that no cross-tenant data leakage is possible.

4. Data Retention

By default, extracted memories are stored indefinitely to provide long-term context. You can configure data retention policies via your dashboard or manually purge data through our API.
