1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the AI Memory SDK, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. API Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate our acceptable use policy.
3. Data Privacy
We do not store your raw conversation logs unless necessary for extraction debugging. All extracted memories are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI Memory SDK is provided "as is". We are not liable for any service interruptions or data inconsistencies resulting from upstream LLM behavior.
